Lock the knee.
Thinking about locking the knee (as opposed to straightening the leg by going onto tip toe) helped me to straighten the L leg more on camel.
Also lock the knee on R leg.

Coach suggested that I work on 3-jump. By getting a massive 3-jump, my take off for the Axel may also improve. So:
- Kick R free leg through and higher – try to get an h-position in the air
Coach J said that this should feel uncomfortable!
Also, practise doing big 3-jump, loop. And 3-jump, back spin.
