Some valuable corrections:
Jump forwards. He pointed out I’m leaving my upper body behind. Therefore lean into the jump.
Also, RFI counter/change of edge entry seems to be working well – he suggested sticking with one entry.

- Forwards (i.e. lean upper body forwards into the jump)
- Arms outside of circle, i.e. aim towards my R side
Again, jump with upper body forwards. I was leaning back at the waist.
Also jump forwards.
Bend and go up. My rotation is decent. I’m just not getting enough height.

LEVEL 7 FIELD MOVES – CHANGE OF EDGE, DOUBLE 3
On both exercises, hold the edge after the change of the edge for a second longer before the 3-turns.
LEVEL 7 FIELD MOVES – DOUBLE, DOUBLE 3S
Go wider across the width of the rink on each set of double, double 3s.
LEVEL 7 FIELD MOVES – ROCKER CHOCTAW
Hold the rocker. My edges were a bit flat.
LEVEL 7 FIELD MOVES – BRACKETS
Open the free leg knee before bracket. Turn the free toe in after the bracket.
