My camel-sit was going really well so I tried to shoot some videos. But I discovered that I don’t go through my checklist – I rush when I’m videoing myself.
Anyway, here are a few spins for the record.
The best camel-sit I managed to capture on camera. Even though I sat down though, my camel-sit is definitely better than it was just a few months ago. I’m now getting a hit rate of maybe 25 per cent?
Generally speaking, my camel-sit is better when I bring the L arm around first just before bringing the R arm and leg around together.
And this is just a plain camel spin.
An observation: on the RBI preparation edge, I could bend my body lower, which would ready me to bend the knee on the LFO.
