(Coach D gave these to me, as I have a RBI counter in my step sequence).

  • RFI
  • Mohawk to LBI
  • RBI
  • Shoulders to R
  • Rise up on knee, shoulders facing down the rink – neutral shoulders
  • Counter to RFI (while shoulders go back to R)
  • And repeat

Repeat on other leg

  • LFI
  • Mohawk to RBI
  • LFI
  • Shoulders to L
  • Etc.
