Double Salchow

My double Sal was great today – consistently got better rotation and was 1/4-under. Very pleased.

I focused mainly on knee bend, taking off the toe, and curling the body/free foot around on take-off.

Checklist:

  • L shoulder forwards
  • (3-turn)
  • Knee bend
  • Curl R foot around / forwards
  • Toe take-off
