DOUBLE SALCHOW

Changing the order of the checklist because the knee goes up before I take off from the toe:

  • Bend
  • Forwards
  • Knee – i.e. knee up, but keep R foot behind/below the knee
  • Toe – i.e. take off from L toe
  • Pull/twist into R side

CAMEL-SIT

Think about keeping the L side of my body tight and activated. Did strong, consistent camel-sits even when tired by activating the L side of my waist.
