Changing the order of the checklist because the knee goes up before I take off from the toe:
- Knee – i.e. knee up, but keep R foot behind/below the knee
- Toe – i.e. take off from L toe
- Pull/twist into R side
Think about keeping the L side of my body tight and activated. Did strong, consistent camel-sits even when tired by activating the L side of my waist.
