Double loop

Landed one which was a quarter underrotated, i.e. it would have counted in a test and/or competition!

This seems to be working for me: doing lots of single drills. Aim to take off and land with feet tightly crossed.


  • On the double loop, imagine jumping up onto an axis (as recommended by Chris Conte) – i.e. reaching up with the arms but in a straight line.
  • And focus on tight feet.
