Double Salchow

Feel like this “double Salchow is just like an Axel” technique may be helping.  Jumping off the TOE is helping me to get just under an extra quarter rotation.

So:

  • Shoulder
  • Edge
  • Axel – keeping L shoulder forward and touching the hands together on take off
  • Toe

‘Just’ need more knee bend and height now to get an extra quarter rotation.
