Outside rockers

Learnt a new (Japanese) rocker exercise on Friday 14th March – forward and backward outside rockers:

  1. LFO semi-circle
  2. At top of semi-circle, do LFO rocker (i.e. rotate body counterclockwise) onto LBO
  3. LBO semi-circle
  4. At top of semi-circle, push onto RBO
  5. RBO semi-circle
  6. At top of semi-circle, do RBO rocker (i.e. foot goes counterclockwise, but rotate body clockwise) onto RFO
  7. RFO semi-circle
  8. Push onto LFO
  9. (And repeat)

And opposite for other leg of course.

From back to forward rocker, key is to twist shoulders around before the turn and then (on the turn itself) twist in opposite direction to feet and hips.
