Inching forwards with progress. Making stuff more consistent.
Major thing is to slow the timing down to 1-2-3:
- Step onto LFO
- Shoulder BLADE then
- 3-turn (and keep R shoulder level – down a little from where I usually have it – this helps to keep me on the LFI edge)
- Jump (keeping head R)
- Then think about folding R leg under L leg
- (And, when I’ve got the legs sorted, pull arms in tight to the R side – R elbow to R ribs)
