Double Salchow

Inching forwards with progress.  Making stuff more consistent.

Major thing is to slow the timing down to 1-2-3:

  1. Step onto LFO
  2. 3-turn
  3. Jump

Check list:

  • Shoulder BLADE then
  1. LFO
  2. 3-turn (and keep R shoulder level – down a little from where I usually have it – this helps to keep me on the LFI edge)
  3. Jump (keeping head R)
  • Then think about folding R leg under L leg
  • (And, when I’ve got the legs sorted, pull arms in tight to the R side – R elbow to R ribs)
