Seem to have this mostly cracked.  It’s all about keeping the chin on the L shoulder…

  • Leg
  • Wind
  • Look – chin on L shoulder
  • Crease/outside

Better when I focus on the following when changing:

  • Back (i.e. allow the back to move from being parallel to ice to more upright)
  • Barrel (i.e. imagine wrapping both arms around a gigantic barrel – but with its centre of gravity over the L foot)
  • L side – form a triangle over the L leg, i.e. keep the weight over the leg side
