Double loop

Feeling fairly comfortable about trying a double loop.  Landing forward but less than 180 degrees underrotated (I think) as I stay on an edge on landing rather than doing a hard forward landing and then doing a 3-turn to backward.  So it FEELS like I’m making more progress on this than my double Sal.

Seem to get more height entering the jump from a RFO edge (rather than two 3-turns).

Pointers that seem to help me:

  • Shoulders – L shoulder forward, R shoulder back
  • Bend and JUMP – i.e. actually jump into the air fully
  • Level – i.e. pull the arms in level
  • Ankles – think about crossing them (rather than letting the L foot wrap too high up)
