I *think* one of the things that helped me to get more height (and then eventually more rotation) was to bring the R knee up.
So today I tried focusing on:
– kicking the R knee up into the jump
– pushing the R leg down at the same time as bringing the L knee up
I actually end up getting LESS rotation this way. But perhaps if I keep this up, I will train myself to get more height again and be able to get more rotation again.
