When changing from the camel into the sit, think about staying over my L axis.
Then bring the L arm around sooner. (Perhaps think back to the ‘butterfly’ motion I tried a few weeks ago?)

Rotate the hips in order to twist the feet into the correct direction.
LEVEL 8 BACK TWIZZLES
Aim to turn just behind the ball of the foot rather than alternating between back of blade and ball of blade.
Avoid rocking the upper body on the cross cuts.
Keep the ankles more tightly together.
