Camel-sit spin

Coach taught me this last Monday.  It didn’t work then, but seems to have worked last Friday and then today too.

When coming out of the camel spin and transitioning into the sit, keep the L arm out as if I’m reaching for a barrier or a hand rail.

Seems to help me keep my weight further over to the L side, allowing me to bring my R leg around without falling onto my LFI edge.
