Double Salchow

Really good American skater chap pointed out that I’m not activating my core on my double Salchow.  And I’ve noticed myself anyway that I tend to put a hand down on the ice quite a lot.

So:

  • Core – i.e. activate core and stay upright
  • Shoulder – keep L shoulder forward throughout
  • Jump together – R arm comes in at same time as R knee comes up
  • Level
  • Ankles
