DOUBLE SALCHOW

Helped when I kept the L shoulder forward by feeling the stretch in my L lat

  • Shoulder – i.e. keep L shoulder extended forward until the L lat stretches
  • Knee – lift the R knee
  • Level – look forward on take-off and pull the arms in level
  • Ankles – cross

CAMEL SPIN

Worked today by doing:

  • Wind
  • Look
  • L shoulder – i.e. swing the L arm from in front to by my L hip and at the same time keep the L shoulder open
