Think I made progress by tensing my R glute just as I step onto the LFO edge
- TENSE – i.e. tense the R glute to keep it behind/left rather than dropping to the R
Worked on the checklist from yesterday – keeping my arms level as I jump forward AND thinking about my ankles helped me land quite a few jumps to forward on one foot!
- Shoulder – i.e. keep L shoulder forward and down
- Level – i.e. keep arms and hands level as I take off to forward
- Ankles – cross
