Got better rotation when keeping the L shoulder forward and down. Helped when I focused on keeping the L shoulder forward and down even after the 3-turn and after I started lifting the R knee.
Therefore: keep my focus on the L shoulder. Keep the shoulder forward and down even into the air.
Span really well today. Helped when I thought about leaving the R free leg behind and then keeping it left.
- Leave – i.e. leave the R free leg low rather than lifting it immediately
- Left – keep the free leg over to the L side
Got loads of revolutions doing that today!
