Free programme (Levels 1 to 3)

Ran through my Level 1/2/3 programme today and coach A said I should pass.

But a few minor improvements I need to be more mindful of:

  • Keep the arms level on the flip
  • Work on keeping the edges clean on the rocker, counter, rocker feature in the step sequence (as I was changing edge into 3-turns a little)
  • Keep upright and avoid letting the body fold on the loop loop combination
  • Stop properly after the final spin at the end of the programme.  Go down into the knee to absorb the momentum
