Ran through my Level 1/2/3 programme today and coach A said I should pass.
But a few minor improvements I need to be more mindful of:
- Keep the arms level on the flip
- Work on keeping the edges clean on the rocker, counter, rocker feature in the step sequence (as I was changing edge into 3-turns a little)
- Keep upright and avoid letting the body fold on the loop loop combination
- Stop properly after the final spin at the end of the programme. Go down into the knee to absorb the momentum
