Decent camels today, thinking about:
- Wait/leg – leave the leg down for a moment before lifting it + keep the R leg towards my L side
Continued working on drill:
- L shoulder
- Curl the R arm in – keeping it shallow
- Knee in, toe down
Managed to land one to forwards just by curling the R arm in and pulling the arms in a little tighter. This felt like progress. Keep doing it.
Making progress on the back spin to jump drill. Helped when I thought about taking off the toe pick.
